History of our Founder and CEO
Meet Our Founder & CEO – Glen Osburn
With a passion for lifesaving that spans 30 years, Glen Osburn has dedicated his career to training, safety, and emergency response. His journey began in the United Kingdom in 1995, where he worked as a lifeguard before becoming a Royal Life Saving Society Lifeguard Instructor in 1998. Since then, Glen’s expertise has taken him around the world, working as both a Lifeguard and Inservice Leader for Disney Cruise Line’s private island, Castaway Cay, aboard Disney Cruise Ships, and at Disney’s Orlando locations.
Beyond Disney, Glen has served as a first responder in the UK and for major cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean and Holland America. His leadership in lifesaving extends to business ownership, having previously operated a successful training company in the UK. Now, Glen is excited to bring his wealth of experience to New Mexico, where he is committed to making a difference through Go Royal Training.
